Truffle not only grow in Italy and France. All around the Mediterranian you can find the precious white and black truffles. And Tuber Aestivum, the European Summer Truffle, even grows everywhere under its favourite trees from Great Britain to Afghanistan. Of course, Italy and France also dominate here, but Croatia is closing in, and Bulgaria and Romania have proven to be among the best sources for truffles.

Using all supplying countries, we can deliver fresh Tuber Aestivum truffles from February until December, the way you want them: brushed, so you can easily keep and consume them for more than a week, or washed for immediate use.

Frozen and freeze dried truffles are available all year, of course.
